1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of pub222, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pub222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub222 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pub222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify pub222 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pub222 may suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pub222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited to your pub222 account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pub222 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification: pub222 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) and proof of address.
• Fees: pub222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which pub222 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pub222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pub222 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub222 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All content on the pub222 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of pub222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pub222.

The pub222 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pub222. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of pub222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pub222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub222 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pub222 makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pub222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

pub222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pub222 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and pub222 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pub222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.

• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pub222 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
